1. Registration amount is `100.

2. Only single person entry is allowed.

3. For selection to the event the contestant must send their photograph obliging to the following themes on or before 17.09.2018

4. Participants should submit the photographs along with respective details such as name, year&dept., college and contact number to this mail id: 2k18presto@gmail.com

5. Based on the entry selected participants will be intimated before the start of the event.

6. Event will be conducted for two days. The selected participants of day 1(19/9/18) will be called for final round on day 2 (20/9/18)

7. Themes for the contest on day 1 will be given ON SPOT.

8. Photo processing / editing is strictly prohibited

9. No arguments will be entertained

10. Jury’s decision will be the final

11. The participant will be disqualified from the event if he/she breaches the disciplinary code of conduct

12. College Id card is must for participating

13. Every image uploaded is subject to a moderation process before it becomes visible on the contest page. The jury members reserve the right to assess and disregard any submitted photo at its discretion.

14. Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices of India, are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.

15. Entrants confirm that each individual whose image is featured in the Competition entry has given consent for the use of his/her image in connection with this Competition and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16. All photographers will retain full ownership of their photos but, by entering, you agree to allow us to use the winning images in the promotion of the competition results on our Facebook page, Twitter pages and website.

17. The pictures will be reviewed by the judges of the institution on the basis of: concept, caption and quality.

18. When choosing the winner and runners up, the Judges will be looking for the most well composed, artistic and original image that evokes the best interpretation of the theme.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Submitted photos must be original, created and/or taken by the contestant. It must not contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
