1. Spot entries are not allowed.

2. Registrations Rs. 300 per paper (only two authors)

3. Minimum number of participants in a Team is 2 for additional participant an additional amount of  150 per person will be applied.

4. It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one particular topic. The participants who are desirous of choosing a different theme than those mentioned below are welcome, provided, it falls under the ambit of the domain. Report should be well comprehended, albeit advanced which could appeal to an undergraduate. Kindly contact the coordinator for clarifications.

5. Submissions must include title, author’s details, abstract, keywords and full paper should not exceed 6 pages including all tables and figures in the IEEE format.

6. The subject of the mail with the attached abstract and later, the final paper should be the domain and sub-category under which the paper is categorized.

7. Working Models, Samples Fetch You Extra Points.

8. The teams will get 10 minutes for presentation followed by question and answer session.

9. Persons from different institutions can be a part of the same team. However, one person may not be a part of multiple teams for the same event.

10. Selected candidates should bring two hard copies and one soft copy of the paper at the time of presentation.

11. Paper should be submitted as a MS word document (.doc) or pdf document.

12. Selected participants should bring 2 hard copies of their paper & softcopy of presentation in .ppt format.

13. Bring your college Identity Card on event day.

14. Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.

15. Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format (abstract alone will not be accepted) and email to elavarasan_ece@rgcetpdy.ac.in

16. Deadline for submission: On or before 14.09.2018.

17. Notification of acceptance : 16.09.2018
